What you get:
War wagons are back, and unlike other well known versions these ones are available permanently. Highlands Miniatures sensational Holy Roman Empire inspired Sunland range perfectly represents humanity in a fantasy world, and the Wittemberg war wagon (inspired by the real life war wagons created by the legendary Hussite rebel Jan Ziska) are the perfect antidote to dragons.... Okay maybe not, but they will crush your enemies beneath their wheels as long as they are normal humanoid size. This set is the perfect proxy for war wagons in your table top fantasy games. Officially, this Highlands miniatures kit doesn't come with any crew but we have sorted you out. As well as the wagon itself and the original un-barded steeds, we have included an additional set of barded steeds to pull your war machine (taken from the war altar model), 12 crew (6 armed with arquebusiers and 6 with halberds so you can crew it however you see fit, as well as 2 different variations of Highlands Miniatures Otto Von Schrute model).
New models now available: With the release of the new Highlands Miniatures Armoured Wagon (see our other items for sale) we can now offer the new crew options (see photos) with this Wittemberg Wagon, with a larger morning star, hooked halberd, man catcher, long musket, repeater musket and blunderbuss. If you would prefer this option please let us know upon purchasing.
If that isn't enough we also provide a 60 x 100mm base. However we are aware that different games require different bases. If you require something other than square bases please let us know and we'll do our best to meet your needs (although it will often mean slight delay to your order as we'll have to convince the stock control Goblins to go out and gather the appropriate goods).
These models are print to order and so dispatch times can vary. often we can get the models printed, cured, cleaned and posted within a few days, but at busy times it may take a little longer. Upon purchasing we will get in touch with our estimated production schedule to let you know when to expect them, and we'll give you regular updates along the way too. All our models come unassembled with all printer supports removed, but as with all miniatures some cleaning and filing will be required. we recommend a very sharp craft knife, and some very fine grit sand paper is useful too. Miniatures in the photos are not Highlands Miniatures stock photos, but actual prints produced by us so you can see the quality of our work. Actual models you will receive may vary.
Postage:
We have had some bad experience buying 3d prints online, often with the prints all being stuffed into one plastic bag so they rub against each other enroute. If you buy from us every model will be individually wrapped and then carefully boxed up together to be posted out with a good sturdy box and plenty of bubble wrap. This takes a bit more time and costs a bit more but its worth it if it means getting you your minis in top condition.
If buying multiple products we'll happily combine postage, alternatively if you buy 4 prints postage will be on us.
Printer info:
This toe crushing war machine has been printed on an Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra, in standard photopolymer (space gray) resin, with a resolution of 0.05mm (that's smaller than the eye can see) making print lines all but invisible. They are by default printed to 32mm scale to match the scale of most popular wargames but we can print to any scale required (if you are confused about scaling please pop us a message online and we can talk through the pros and cons). It's highly recommended you get your model assembled and undercoated as soon as possible as exposure to UV (from the Sun) will cause the models to continue to harden and become brittle. This is part of the process of 3D printed resin I am afraid, but once undercoated the models should be well protected from this occurring. If you can't assemble straight away don't worry, just keep them wrapped up when not playing with them.
About Us:
We are a couple (one Syrian, one English) with actual normal jobs and just do this part time for fun as we've had some bad experiences with buying 3d prints online and wanted to make sure people had some alternatives to using the bigger known print farms. We are fully licensed to sell Highlands Miniatures products under the business name "St George Designs" (St George was Syrian: see what we did?). If you would like us to print more from the "Sunland Empire" range, or any other Highlands Miniatures products please pop us a message and we can discuss what you need and time scales.
We will leave you with the feedback from some of recent sales (I hope the buyers don't mind).
"Quite possibly the highest quality, most crisp looking prints I’ve ever seen! Amazing price. On top of that, fantastic customer service. Super helpful, genuinely nice seller who went out of the way to make sure I received the items before Xmas. If I need more prints this is where I’m coming. Thanks so much!"
