Just out of a local smoke free house is this vintage or antique teal green glass vase with heavy floral silver overlay. The vase measures about 6 inches high, about 9 3/8 inches across the top, and about 3 1/2 inches at the base.  a floral pattern silver overlay on the exterior. 

It is in very good condition and is unmarked., the sterling is in perfect condition
