Postmarked 'Washington DC Nov 2 1960 9am'. The stamp says “Champion of Liberty”.

Appears to be in Good Condition even with the handwritten in pencil address to Ray Sinn in Bloomington, Indiana. The glue used to form the envelope shows through the back slightly.
