This is a well-preserved specimen, and an impression, of Macrostell bohemica. found in the Fezouata Shale, Zagora, Morocco. They date from the  Early Ordovician.

 The Cystoid head measures 0.85 inches long and and 0.65 inches wide, the impression measures 0.95 inches long and 0.75 inches wide. The entire specimen (cystoids and matrix) measures 3.1 by 2.95 by 1.65 inches.
