• We have to do next steps to get PRP from tube.
• First, replace new disposable sterile syringes
• Second, blowing and tapping the tube wall around gently for 2-3 times
• Third, rotating the tube for 90 degree angle to blow and tap the tube wall again for 2-3 times
• Fourth, after finished above actions in 4 different angels of circle, the white mist will be separated and moved into plasma. The plasma including the material white mist is PRP.
• Last, collecting PRP from tubes by disposable sterile syringes
• Replace a new disposable sterile syringes 1ml
• Fist collecting 0.1 ml platelet activation fluid, then extracting 0.9 ml PRP
• After 6 to 10 seconds' standing, proceed to injection step.
• Generally, In Europe, after centrifugal, mix all of the plasma which used to be PRP
• Pour PRP into the tube including prepared activated fluid then mix them by shaking.
• The PRP can be used directly to do micro-needle therapy system. To do facial filler technique therapy, PRP have to be heat with 70 degree for 10 minutes to become gel state.
• Standing the gel state of PRP for 10 min to form the APG, then it can be applied. This kind of PRP gets good effective, with four times than the PRP that produced by routine method. And its concentration is 685 x 109 / L with recovery rate of more than 94.1%
