This is a vintage MLB Houston Astros Majestic Mr. Potato Head.
It is brand new and still in the original packaging. However, the original bag does have some traces of dirt and dust on it from storage, but none of the pieces inside should be affected by that. Please be sure to check my vintage collectibles policy below and see pictures for more details.

Vintage Collectibles Policy
This is a vintage item that has been stored for at least 20 years. Due to the time lapse between the date originally packaged and today, this item is no longer treated as a toy but a vintage collectible. As such, opening and removing it from the original packaging will cause it to degrade in value.
By purchasing this product the buyer acknowledges that opening and/or tampering with the original packaging will be at their own risk and full functionality or fit of individual pieces thereafter cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safety and preserve quality during shipping. I do recycle boxes and packaging, but I make sure both boxes and packaging are appropriate for the item during transport. This item will be packaged in a small box with packing material such as bubble wrap and/or packing paper for extra protection.
I also provide a variety of shipping options for buyers, but usually list the cheapest first. Feel free to select the shipping method that is best for you.
Please note, I ship all items out in a timely manner (within about 1-2 days) but there may be instances of delays that are out of my control after I have handed the package over to the post office. Please contact USPS/UPS/Fedex for more information in those cases.
