This exquisite hand-embroidered tablecloth from Lefkara is a true masterpiece.
Lefkara is famous with Lefkaritiko.
I never used this table cloth because it has been sold to me in Cyprus Lefkara village 50cm shorter/less. I’ve found the cheating of the size, on my return when I wanted to use it. The table cloth is In a very good condition.
There was a tiny shadow/mark which the seller hide it from me when representing the table cloth, unfortunately I trusted him.

The table cloth has been dry cleaned by professional dry cleaner company which they charged me dearly.

I have been told that Leonardo da Vinci visited Lefkara, inspired with the art work and used them in Milan’s Dumo cathedral.
