This is an vintage sterling silver oil tanker wagon charm. It is movable and the front wheels roll. I am not sure if the back wheels ever moved or not but they are not damaged in any way. It measures approximately 5/8” long by 1/4” wide and weighs 1.6 grams. It is stamped STERLING on the bottom of the charm. It is in great condition.
