This is a real basic model with very modest performance. This laptop originally came from Dell with Windows 10 Home installed. The laptop has a license for Windows 10 Home embedded in the BIOS. The laptop now has Google Chrome OS Flex installed. This makes the laptop function as a ChromeBook.

This laptop has the following issues: 

1. The battery is dead and does not hold a charge. The laptop will power up and boot to ChromeOS Flex when attached to a charger. The battery is user replaceable.

2. The headphone jack has a broken headphone tip in it. As a result, the headphone jack is not usable and the speakers are not currently functional because the laptop still acts as if headphone are attached.

3.  There is some slight backlight inconsistency on the screen. This only really apparent on light color backgrounds.
