1989 Racing Champions 1:64 Rare Series 1 Flat Bottom Bill Elliott #9 (Read)
The NASCAR "Flat Bottom" was the first version of Racing Champions 1:64 Cars. They were only produced one year because collectors wanted to display them without removing them from the package. Racing Champions went to the "Bubble Bottom" so they would sit up straight. All NASCAR "Flat Bottom" cars came with rubber tires only and no drivers' names on the cards (except Bill Elliott).
