This pillow case is Turkish-KARS flat weave slit kilim rug from1950s and the front is in sheep wool and back side is cotton fabric in black color with hidden Zipper!

I guess the name of the person or familly name wovened on the rug as you see by the photos.

Small point of the pillow cover is originally repaired.
