This sale does not include a license or support/installation. This is being sold as "for parts or not working" because we cannot guarantee outside engineers' installation work or knowledge of this system even though the CD does have the correct acquisition software for Vieworks DR panels.
All eBay Store items are shipped "ExWorks". This means the buyer owns the product once paid for and given to the shipping company. Please carefully check the package on receipt. If there is visible damage or other issues present, please notify the shipper immediately and file a claim. If the buyer wishes to insure the package, please check this option when paying your invoice. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
