Victorian Austro-Hungarian black enamel 
seed pearl silver locket pendant circa late 1800s.

Both lids and the bail are enameled.
Interior of the locket is gilded.
There are 2 compartments inside 

with both rims present and one glass.
Both lids numbered 11.

The locket closes securely with a nice click.
The enamel has normal wear scratches.
There is a small chip next to the clip.
The bail is large for a chain or a leather cord.

The locket measures 1 3/4" X 1 1/8" including the bail.

The weight is 19.4 grams.
The locket tested silver.

Very good condition commensurate with age.
