Custom printed circuit board designed for the crossover of the JS Speaker HCS-LTB-MAX 3-way DIY Home Theater speaker design by Jochen.

Take the guesswork out of crossover assembly, these boards make the assembly process quick and straightforward.

The crossover was slit into two boards to make the size more compact and installation easier.

The Low Frequency (Woofer) board measures 5.0" W x 3.75" H

The Midrange and High Frequency board measures 9.5" x 6.25" H

These boards feature large solder pads and wide copper traces for great electrical connectivity.

Includes:

1x set of Crossover PCB for the HCS-LTB-MAX speaker design (1x LF & 1x MF/HF PCB).

6x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire.

8x Snap in PCB standoffs.

8x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary).

Requires:

Compatible crossover components for the HCS-LTB-MAX speaker design.

These boards were designed to fit for 

Jantzen 15AWG Air Core inductors, 

Solen 400v Polypropylene Capacitors (Audyn and Jantzen capacitors should also fit),

10w Wirewound resistors.

Assembly:

Glue components to the correct positions on the board (high temp hot melt glue works well). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers and mount crossover board.
