New York & Company Flannel Shirt Women's Size Small Blue. Has rolled sleeves straps. The first button starts at 9" from the top of the shoulder line.  There is a tiny snag in the fabric. I've placed a dime next to it and it appears 3" from the bottom of the shirt on the left side. Other than noted, this shirt is in good condition and doesn't have any stains or tears, holes.
