    We also provide very fast turnaround. When we receive the console, all repairs will be done the same day and dispatched next working day if the job is straightforward. If we find other issue, the repair time will be extended. 

         How to order the service.

      • Use Buy it now option to pay for the service.
      • At the checkpoint in postage details you have some options to choose: 
    • Free -  Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping back to our customer cost is included in the price.  Next option is Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for extra £2.99 and this will cover your console for up to £150. Next option is Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm for extra £7.99 and your console is insured up to £750.
        • Please attach your eBay name to the console with return address, phone number and email address otherwise we won't be able to find the owner and send back the console on time. The email address and phone number we need to keep you updated. You will get the messages when we receive the console, start repair etc. The messages will be sent to you every time when we change the status of repair. 
        • Please ensure that the console is packed well as we don't take responsibility for any damage during the transport. Make sure that the box is strong enough to survive a journey from your address to ours and back again. 
        • We just need the console only. We don't need the controllers, wires, games etc. and we don't take any responsibility for them if they get lost or get damaged.
        • Pay for the courier and send the console to the provided address (You will receive an ebay message with all details like address etc. after purchase)
        • When we receive the console, all repairs will be done the same day and dispatched next working day if the job is straightforward. If we find the motherboard issue or any other issue, we will let you know and give you a quote The repair time slot will be rescheduled for another day so it won't be sent next day.

    If for some reasons we're not able to repair your console, we will give you a full refund minus return cost (£10).
