  • Garment Measurements are taken while item is lying flat. (Bust/Chest = Armpit to armpit. And then that number doubled). These measurements are not body measurements. If uncertain how to measure yourself, measure your favorite fitting pieces of clothing. Why does this matter? Generally speaking, pre-owned clothing may be washed and worn. There may be shrinking or stretching. Therefore we measure the garment in its current state so you know if it will fit before purchasing.

      INVENTORY

      Our items are well cared for. Pre-owned items are inspected and properly cleaned before they are listed for sale. Inventory is kept in a smoke-free, climate controlled, clean environment. Pre-owned and vintage items may include usual wear such as some color loss, scratches, and manufacturing defects such as missing tags. We will note these issues when applicable.

      SHIPPING

      We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, within one business day of receiving your order. Normally, we ship 6 days a week. We take extra steps in our packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. Most of our packing materials are made of recycled materials, are biodegradable (even the bubble wrap) and can be recycled and/or reused again. 

      COMBINED SHIPPING

      No need to request combined shipping: We will automatically refund any shipping cost differences once we ship your order, if you purchase more than one item. Alternatively, enjoy Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00, everyday! No code necessary.

      RETURNS

      We do offer returns within 30 days. Except on earrings, intimate items, swimwear and beauty items. But the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. PLEASE refer to the Description and/or Garment Measurements listed above, or message with questions, before placing orders.
