3. It is strictly forbidden to directly connect the positive and negative electrodes of the battery with metal or other conductive materials to form a path, otherwise it may cause a short circuit of the battery.

4. It is strictly forbidden to reverse the positive and negative poles.

5. It is strictly forbidden to directly weld the battery. Overheating may cause deformation of battery components such as gaskets.

6. In the process of use, it is strictly forbidden to directly contact the shell between the batteries or form a path through the conductor connection.

  • Upon receiving payment and order details, we'll contact you via eBay messages to finalize the requirements. The battery will be custom made to your requirement. Please provide the following general information when placing the order to speed up the process:

  • Dimension
  • BMS rate in Amps
  • Battery input/output connectors.
  • Once we receive all required information from you, we'll get the supplier factory to start production and mark the order as dispatched and continue production with the supplier factory. 
  • Once the product is ready, we'll provide photos and other information if required before handing over to the courier service."

INVENTORY AND PRODUCTION
  • Please check the item location to identify the Posting location. All Our batteries are not manufactured or stored in a UK factory. We collaborate closely with our trusted manufacturers in China and Hong Kong to custom-build batteries tailored to your requirements. The materials and assembly are handled by the supplier factory who does not have retail points for direct customer contact point So we act as an intermediary to facilitate these deals for you. 
  • Please review the production time, delivery method, and expected delivery time for your country before completing your payment. Once production begins cancellations cannot be accommodated

DISPATCH & SHIPPING

After the production is completed, our supplier factory will arrange shipment through a specialized international courier service that handles lithium battery shipments. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for them to inspect the shipment and finalize all necessary documentation for the carrier to transport the battery via sea or air.

If you select expedited shipping, tracking will be available and updates will appear on the courier tracking site. Usually, packages are delivered within 2 to3 weeks after accepted by the airlines ( please note production testing and dispatch takes additional 5-10 days) to mainland UK and mainland EU destinations, barring any customs delays. 

Free Shipping (Sea Cargo Service):
Free shipping is provided via sea and land cargo, and only destination tracking will be available. Once the package is accepted by the land or sea cargo, a tracking number will be issued. However, tracking progress will not be shown online until the package arrives at your address. There will be no intermediate updates. The typical transit time for this service is 35?65 days to reach the final destination.


CUSTOMS & IMPORTS

Please be aware that customs delays are beyond our control. Any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless we mention on the listing that price includes customs duty. If customs duties are not paid on time or are refused, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the cost of shipping and packing will be deducted from your refund.

Custom built item with personalization can not be return for refund. We will offer partial refund for design size variances or courier handling issues. We may also recall for repair if necessary.  If the item is faulty beyond repair we will refund if requested within the returnable period from the date you receive your battery.

Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within the returnable period from the date you receive your merchandise.

The item should be in its pristine condition as received with all packaging, instructions and security seals intact to qualify for full refunds. Please provide evidences (photo/video) for manufacture defects or DOA / Delivered damaged units.
