Damaged Product

Returns
When returning products to us provide: Item Number Buyer ID Your Address Reason for Return and provide Tracking. We only offer refunds if the return is received within the first 30 days. Any returns after the 30 day period will be replacement only. Buyer responsible for all return shipping costs. Seller assumes no liability for labor, return cost, or any other fees.

Issues with Order

Warranty
Most of the returns we get either are 100% functional products, before returning please attempt to troubleshoot. There is a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. We will replace only one time in that year. Buyer pays return shipping beyond 30 days from date of purchase. Seller assumes no liability for any costs incurred after delivery of initial shipment.

Shipping Times
