Don't have it in the budget for aftermarket heel guards or nerf bars that can range from about $400 - $700 ? Here is a solution for you.
Our YFZ450R Foot Peg Upgrade Kit utilizes the OEM stock foot peg that comes on your machine. We add an extra 2 rows of teeth to the peg for more grip. We attach the teeth via cross tubes that add strength to the structure of the foot peg helping to prevent it from twisting and bending upon impacts. This kit also adds an extra 1.5" of kick up to the end of the foot peg essentially creating a monster peg.
For a complete budget setup, this kit will still work with Alba nerf bars that are $100. This allows you to have monster pegs with lots of grip and nerf bars for less than $200. We will also be releasing a bolt on rear heel guard net section to allow you to get rid of the OEM plastic heel guard. The total kit will allow you to have heel guards or nerf bars for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of other aftermarket options.
