In good condition. Clamshell case scuffed at edges and bumped at corners. Small tear at corner on bottom of case (shown in photos 6 and 7). Interior of case yellowed, particularly so in bottom right corner. Paper dust jacket holding the leaflets normally scuffed on front and rear cover. Small line of pink ink on half-title page. Pierre Klossowski (9 August 1905 – 12 August 2001) was a French writer, translator and artist. He was the eldest son of the artists Erich Klossowski and Baladine Klossowska, and his younger brother was the painter Balthus. He was was a French writer and artist whose Mannerist-inspired art explored homoerotism and sadomasochistic imagery.
