SHIPPING & HANDLING

• All orders ship within one (1) business day of your cleared payment and rates are calculated based on your location. Shipping details and notification will be sent via eBay.
• Combined shipping is available when you purchase multiple items. Request a combined invoice prior to making your payment.
• Promotional Shipping: Orders over $50.00 ship free to destinations within the United States.
• USPS Ground Advantage Shipping is used for all fragrance items. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 business days.
• USPS Priority Shipping: Available for all domestic destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Fragrance items are not eligible for priority mail. Estimated delivery time is 1 - 4 business days.
• Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances out of the seller’s control including, but not limited to, inclement weather, natural disaster, and carrier strike.
• If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if the package is unclaimed and item is returned to seller, then item will be re-shipped at buyer's expense once the item is returned to the seller. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Available to buyers in countries the eBay International Shipping program services.
• Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances out of the seller’s control including, but not limited to, customs processing, inclement weather, natural disaster, carrier strike.
• The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes in their country of destination.
• Fragrance items are not eligible for international shipping.
• Combined shipping is available when you purchase multiple items.

RETURN POLICY

• REFUNDS ONLY; NO EXCHANGES.
• Except for ‘ALL SALES ARE FINAL’ listings, a full refund will be considered for items returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
• Item(s) must be returned to the seller in original - unused condition and in the original packaging.
• If the seal, plastic wrapping, and/or box is removed from any item, a 30% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If the item was damaged during shipping, the buyer will provide clear, photo documentation of the damaged item(s) prior to the item(s) being returned to prove the condition of the item(s). A refund will not be processed without this documentation.   
• If a returned item is missing parts or has been used, a refund will not be provided.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
