MILK GLASS

Milk glass is a type of opaque or translucent glass that is white or creamy in color and has a smooth surface. It was first made in Venice in the 16th century and became popular in the 19th and 20th centuries. The term "milk glass" was first used in 1845.

Milk glass is often used for decorative and novelty objects, such as:

Windows, Pendant lighting, Vessels, Sugar dishes, Goblets, and Vases.

Milk glass can be made in a variety of colors, including white, pink, yellow, blue, brown, and black. Some companies that made milk glass include:

Anchor Hocking, Fenton, Westmoreland, Cambridge, Fostoria, Imperial, Mosser, and Kanawha.

Milk glass can be identified by its signature patterns, which are associated with specific manufacturers. For example, Westmoreland is known for its grape motifs and beaded edges, while Fenton is known for its hobnails and crimped or ruffled edges.

I have tried to identify everything on the milk glass to indicate manufacture and patterns. Please review pictures.

Shipping:  Wrapped well to prevent breakage including paper and bubble wrap.   Shipping & Handling is expensive, sorry. I do my best to keep it low. I am not a business. I am a private seller cleaning out my house and my parents house. I will ship internationally, however keep in mind, sending overseas is expensive and I have no control over shipping costs anywhere - internationally or domestically.

If buying more than one item, I do my best to combine shipping to keep it at a minimum cost.
