The Lancia 3Ro is an Italian military and civilian truck from the interwar period, World War II and the post-war era. The vehicle was produced in the years 1938-1950. The vehicle's curb weight was approximately 5.6 tons, length - 7.08 m, and width - 2.35 meters. The drive was provided by a single 5.9-liter engine with a power of up to 95 HP. The drive was transferred using a 5-speed manual gearbox. The 3Ro model was developed as a development of the previous Lancia trucks marked as Ro and Ro-Ro. In relation to its predecessors, it differed primarily in a different, larger and more powerful drive unit, but also a significantly improved gearbox. The car was also characterized by a simple and solid construction, and was also relatively easy to use and produce. For these reasons, the Lancia 3Ro was one of the basic trucks of the Italian army during World War II. It was used during the war with Greece (1940-1941), the Balkan campaign in 1941 and during the fighting in North Africa (1940-1943).
