About this product
Shiso pickled plums are made from Kishu Nanko plums. Kishu Nanko Ume is a specialty of Wakayama Prefecture, characterized by its thin skin, soft flesh, and luxurious fruit flavor.
No coloring agent added] Natural coloring by shiso [Miyazaki red shiso] Luxurious red shiso produced in Japan with good aroma.
Large size] 3L~4L size with a satisfying taste.
The price is a little lower because we use plums with broken skin.
There is no problem in quality, but please be aware of this before purchase.
The ume is salty with a salt concentration of 20%. We recommend eating it as an accompaniment to rice, as an ingredient in ochazuke (rice with green tea) or onigiri (rice balls), etc.
