  • ASSEMBLY NOTES: Should Be Installed by a Professional Mechanic:
    • ✔ Disclaimers – This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and removing ball joints requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
    ✔ Replacing the Control Arms – Remove the old control arms and clean the mounting points. Carefully install the new arms with bushings pre-fitted, ensuring proper torque on all bolts as per OEM specifications.
    ✔ Installing the Ball Joints – Use a ball joint press or removal tool to replace ball joints. Clean the housing and press in the new ball joints evenly to prevent damage. Avoid hammering during installation.
    ✔ Replacing the Tie Rods – Remove the existing tie rods, match lengths with the new ones, install securely, and confirm smooth steering performance without any looseness or binding.
    ✔ Alignment Required – A professional wheel alignment is required after installation to ensure correct suspension geometry, proper tire wear, and safe handling.
