All melamine has a temperature rating (stamped onto the bottom of the mug) and this rating identifies what temperature the melamine can be used at.

Most mugs have been tested from -10°c up to 70°c for a period of 2 hours. This means that if you pour boiling water directly from a kettle into these mugs it could cause them to shatter.  

If you are going to pour boiling water into these mugs please wait for a minute after the kettle has boiled to allow the water to cool slightly before pouring into the mug. Another tip is to place a metal spoon into the cup when pouring water into the mug as the metal spoon absorbs some of the heat from the water and helps cool the water quicker.

As always with boiling water please pour the water carefully and avoid splashing and pouring too quickly as boiling water is dangerous and can scold if poured onto bare skin.
