Return Policy
Our general return policy is 30 days from the date
of purchase except for excluded items. If a return request has not been created
by the buyer within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately we cannot process your
request and offer you a refund or exchange.
PARTS & ACCESSORIES: Items must be unused,
uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it and It must also be
IN the original packaging and include all hardware and installation
instructions to be eligible for return or exchange. Any item that is returned
with but OUT of the original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
GEAR & APPAREL: Item(s) must be new, unworn, and
have all tags and/or packaging still intact, including helmet visor protectors,
to be eligible for exchange. Item(s) that are dirty, covered in hair or make
up, or smell like smoke or perfume are considered used and will not be eligible
for return or exchange.
DAMAGED GOODS: If an item arrives damaged, keep all
the packaging material and contact us immediately so that we can instruct you
on the further steps that need to be taken.
