Customer Service: Customer service is VERY important. I return EVERY phone call and answer EVERY email.
When you contact me you will speak directly with the owner. If I'm not
available make sure to leave a message, I will return your call quickly,
usually within an hour. Emails are also answered promptly.
I
am here for my customers from before the sale until you are completely
satisfied. If you have any problems at all I will do everything I can to
make it right with you.
Availability/Stock: I do my absolute
best to make sure everything I sell is in stock, but occasionally a
manufacturer does not tell me when something sells out. If you want to
be 100% sure an item is available please contact me prior to ordering.
Shipping: I ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I use UPS, US Mail, and FedEx depending on cost & shipping time. Local pick up, expedited, and
international shipping are available for all my items. Please contact me
for more info.
Payment: Payment is due within 7 days. I accept Paypal and all major credit cards. For large orders wire transfers are also available.
Order Processing: I
process orders immediately. Once you see that I've left you positive
feedback your order has been processed. Orders paid for and processed
before 12 PM eastern time are usually shipped the same day.
Defective Items: All
of our products are tested before they leave the factory, but
occasionally damage will occur during shipment. If you receive a
defective product please contact me ASAP and I will send you a
replacement at no cost.Returns: Returns cost me money. You
must contact me before returning any items to obtain a return
authorization number. Any return may be subject to a minimum 10%
restocking fee. All returns must be returned in new condition (NO marks,
scratches, tape, damage, etc.). All packaging material must be included
and in new condition (this includes boxes, wrappers, manuals,
protective styrofoam, etc.). Items returned in anything other than new
condition will be subject to a minimum 30% re-stocking fee. Items sent
back without a return authorization or in damaged condition will be sent
back to the customer without exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, this includes items which are sold with "free" shipping.
