How to Test and Use the DiagZone App Before Purchase:
1. Provide Serial Number (SN): Send your device's SN to us before making a payment.
2. Receive Login Credentials: We will send you a login and password linked to your SN.
3. Download the DiagZone App: Install the DiagZone app on your Android phone.
4. Test EOBD Functionality:
Log in to the DiagZone app using the provided credentials.
Download the EOBD (European On-Board Diagnostics) feature.
Test the EOBD to ensure it works with your device.
Important Notes:
If the EOBD works successfully, your device supports DiagZone. You can proceed with the order, and we will activate the software for your SN.
No hardware is provided with this process.
Troubleshooting Compatibility:
If the app shows the error: "Connection lost. If you need to continue diagnosis, please exit the current diagnosis in time," it means your device does not support DiagZone.
If the app shows: "Your device has a locked main chip. It is not possible to work as Pro," it indicates that the device is incompatible with DiagZone.
