Shipping & Delivery Information

Please note that batteries are considered special products, and all e-bike batteries undergo several cycle tests before dispatch. Once the order is confirmed, production begins, and it typically takes 5–8 working days for the complete manufacturing and testing process.

After the production is completed, our supplier factory will arrange shipment through a specialized international courier service that handles lithium battery shipments. Please allow 2–5 working days for them to inspect the shipment and finalize all necessary documentation for the carrier to transport the battery via sea or air.

Expedited Shipping (Airfreight):
If you select expedited shipping, tracking will be available and updates will appear on the courier’s tracking site. Usually, packages are delivered within 2–3 weeks after accepted by the airlines ( please note production testing and dispatch takes additional 5-10 days) to mainland UK and mainland EU destinations, barring any customs delays. 

Free Shipping (Sea Cargo Service):
Free shipping is provided via sea and land cargo, and only destination tracking will be available. Once the package is accepted by the land or sea cargo, a tracking number will be issued. However, tracking progress will not be shown online until the package arrives at your address. There will be no intermediate updates. The typical transit time for this service is 35–60 days to reach the final destination.

Customs & Duties:
Please be aware that customs delays are beyond our control. Any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless we mention on the listing that price includes customs duty. If customs duties are not paid on time or are refused, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the cost of shipping and packing will be deducted from your refund.
