Successivamente, una volta ritornato a me, verificherò effettivamente o meno il problema da voi riscontrato. Se concordo con la vostra versione provvedo alla sostituzione di un medesimo articolo con costi di spedizione a mio carico, chiaramente se disponibile. Altrimenti effettuo il totale rimborso comprensivo delle spese di spedizioni del primo invio a carico dell'acquirente. Se invece non riscontro i difetti da voi segnalati NON sono tenuto a rimborsare alcun costo per la spedizione di un eventuale sostituzione. 

Attenzione: se si verificassero spiacevoli danneggiamenti dell' oggetto, ritardi o altro, causati dai corrieri e/o  servizi postali NON sono tenuto a rimborsare  e/o sostituire.
