Important information:
This product is not intended for children under 36 months as there is small parts that are at risk of choking hazard. The card and plush are not included in this purchase. Only the extended artwork and display case are for sale. This is a display case only and we strongly suggest to remove the card from the display case and store it separately when you are moving the product.
Delivery information:
Ebay delivery information are estimates only and we can not guarantee them. Please do let us know if you need priority shipping for any reason, we are happy to help when possible (additional fees may apply). Else we ship all our products with Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver all orders as below:
- 2-3 working days for UK orders;
- 3-5 working days for Europe orders;
- 6-7 working days for International orders;
Although it is frequent that orders are delayed due to various reason out of our control, this is even more likely for international orders due to custom clearance and foreign courier. In case of delays, please do contact us and we will do our best to help out. Although be aware that we can only provide refund when an item is considered as lost according to Royal Mail policy, which may take up to 13 (UK), 25 (Europe) or 30 (International) business days from dispatch.
