This CBS 5814A tube tests:

102-101/56

on my TV-7D tester (calibrated 1/27/24). Brand new tubes should test 86-86/56 or higher. Tested for shorts, emission, gas and noise.

It doesn’t have a date code but is very much a 1950’s construction. The 5814W is a military equivalent of the 12AU7/ECC82. It has red text, black plates and tall square getters. While the printed lable says W the etching on the glass is 5814A. Same same. This tests like new but I don’t have original packaging. It is likely very lightly used.
