"Championship Golf" by D&H games in a double case.

"World Class Leader Board", with colour instructions in a double jewel case (2 cassettes, 4 courses).

"Leader Board" in a damaged double jewel case with instructions, and

"Leader Board Tournament", with no case and on an aftermarket cassette, but with original instructions.
