All products sold through this site are items that were ordered new with the intent of being installed into a new facility. They were installed on the project for various reasons. There are no used items, and most are in un-opened boxes. Occasionally there will be a scratch and dent offering, but this will be clearly described. All individual item statuses will be in the description.

Prices are significantly below retail due solely to our desire to get the units out of our warehouse and make room for future work.
