Change of Mind: We accept returns if the item is unused and in its original, resellable packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return postage.
A restocking fee of up to 20% applies to cover processing and repackaging costs.
Mattress Policy: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for mattresses once the vacuum-sealed packaging has been opened.
