Wet room shower tanking pipe collars - custom sizes available

Pipe collars for penetrations through well room walls and floors. They allow you to install the collar within, bellow or on top of tile backer board or plasterboard. The base is then tiled over up to the pipe collar diameter and grouted (or silicone) to fill the gaps. This creates a sealed raised collar that prohibits ingress, better than the flexible membranes normally used and allows utilities to be fed through post install if required. Expanding foam or another sealant can then be used to maintain air tight regs.
