1.The cutting speed=20-25m/min
2.The reasonable rotate feed amount shall be fn=0.08-0.13mm/r. The reasonable feed rate shall be vf=36-60mm/min. "Weldon shank" annular cutters have 2 flats and fix in the chuck by tightening grub screws in the two flat areas.
3. Insert the ejector pin inside the annular cutter. Fill the coolant tank with oil lubrication, never use the machine without lubricant
