1984-1987 Corvette right (passenger) headlight motor, (are sold as an exchange) the motor is completely disassembled.
The armature is turned down, magnets are epoxy back if needed, OEM plastic gears. We don't use the bronze gear as they are too heavy for the motor which will cause the motor to eventually burn out.
Fix all broken electrical components, if the magnet holder retainer is broken off we will remold one back in
(we don't use screws to screw through the case to hold the magnets in place from rotating like some competitors do) if so then you will end up with a leak.
Finally the case is painted. we will give you a return label to send back the old motor . The motor core must come back without damage, cut off wires, & core motor must be a GM , foreign motors are not rebuildable with OEM parts
