I've never seen anything like this before. Looks like there is one snake wrapped around two geese or swans.  It's solid brass.  It measures two and three quarter inch across by 1 and 3/4 in tall.

The neck is 1 1/2" .  You're getting this as is as it probably needs a good cleaning to get the old finish off. This weighs 9.3 Oz.
