Shipping Damage Policy
(1) If the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
(2) If you believe that the vehicle has more than just cosmetic damages and is totally destroyed during transit, please sign the "refuse due to damage" on the delivery receipt, and inform us immediately.

Packaging & Shipping ‌
The bike will be ‌securely‌ packed in a ‌reinforced‌ carton box. While we ‌take every precaution‌ to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, ‌please note that‌ transportation conditions are ‌solely managed by the shipping carrier‌. Potential risks include:‌
(1) Package damage due to ‌adverse‌ weather conditions
(2) Mishandling‌ by logistics personnel (‌e.g.‌ scratched plastic panels/cracked parts) If this happens, please contact us immediately.
We have all warranty parts in stock for X-PRO brand bikes, so we provide free warranty parts to cover the shipping damage or defective parts.

Warranty Policy
We guarantee the product has no defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period starting from delivery.
Because shipping for the whole bike is expensive, normally we don't accept returns, only provide free warranty parts or a partial refund to cover it. For any shipping related damage:
(1) Notify‌ us immediately ‌by eBay message.
(2) Upon confirmation with you, we warrant that replacement parts will be arrived at your original shipping address within 5-12 business days.
Note: Custom/Special parts from our manufacturer requiring overseas air shipment may take ‌ over 30 days‌.

‌Return Policy‌
(1) Return will be only accepted in the original package with non-assembly & non-used condition. If you insist on returning the product because you don't like it or don't want it. Buyer should be responsible for original and return shipping cost. Any return will be applied 20% restocking fee.
(2) Road-legal vehicles‌ (scooters/motorcycles/250cc dirt bikes): ‌Non-returnable‌ due to registration constraints
(3) The Mini jeeps and go-karts shipped order ‌ cannot be accepted for returns ‌ due to high shipping costs, requiring specialized handling equipment, difficult to repackage and it will cause serious damage during round-trip transportation.  ‌
(4) To avoid returns due to wrong purchase, please check the vehicle's load-bearing capacity/max speed/seat height carefully before ordering.

Cancellation Request
(1) The cancellations must be made via email ONLY.
(2) You can submit a cancellation request for free on the eBay order page within 2 hours after ordering. If it is over 2 hours, you cannot submit a cancellation request.
(3) Once our warehouse has processed and shipped the bike on the same/next day, the bike order cannot be canceled.
(4) If you do not want/like it or change your mind or refuse to sign for the package after our bike has been shipped out, you are responsible for original and return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee to cover the time, labor, and materials invested in preparing the shipment.

Assembly Require
Please note that your purchase will not be ready-to-ride and you will need to do some assembly first. Due to the fact these vehicles are factory-direct, there are also break-in procedures required to ensure the unit will work properly after assembly.
You should add engine oil and check the oil dipstick after receiving. Make sure the level is between the minimum and maximum marks on the dipstick. Don't add too much or too full.
