In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If the return is a result of a mistake on behalf of BicycleBlueBook then we will cover the return shipping. If the return is for any other reason then the buyer is responsible for proper packaging, insurance, and shipping fees associated with the return. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Write the RA# on the outside of your package so we can efficiently process your refund. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
