DESCRIPTION

One of the best snap peas, with sweet, crunchy pods that remain totally stringless at picking stage.
Slightly taller bush and needs little support.
The pods are 8-9cm long and 1.5cm in diameter.
They have an attractive medium/dark green colour.
Early to mid-maturity, well-yielding variety with a high tolerance against powdery mildew.
A good source of Pro-Vitamin A and Vitamins C, B1 and folic acid

SOWING

Sow directly: March to June

Sow in flat drills 6" wide and 2" deep

Sow in a zig-zag fashion , in well-cultivated, fertile soil.

Fill the drill with fine soil and firm down gently.

Height 70 to 80cm

Allow 30" between rows.
