We offer FREE shipping on all items sent within the UK. We aim to dispatch within one working day and all items will be sent via Royal Mail (unless otherwise specified). Higher valued items will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For at no extra charge.
We also offer the option of Royal Mail Special Delivery for a flat rate of just £5. Orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure same day dispatch.
UK Returns:
We offer 30 day returns on all items sent within the UK (unless otherwise specified - eg underwear/swimwear is non returnable). Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
A refund or exchange will only be issued once the item has been received back. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
International Postage & Delivery:
We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Items will be shipping via Royal Mail, with delivery in Europe aimed within 5 working days and 7 working days for the rest of the world.
