Grapefruit Seed essential Oil Sample

Method of application

Aroma lamp: start with 3-5 drops and gradually increase to the desired concentration.

Aroma massage: 1 to 6 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of base oil.

Enrichment of cosmetics: 20 ml. (cream, shampoo, balm, etc.) from 2 to 5 drops of essential oil.

For baths and saunas: add from 2 drops (gradually increasing the concentration to the desired one) to a bucket of water and spray on the walls and shelves.

Aroma baths: add 5 to 20 drops of water-soluble essential oil to the bath, or 100% EM pre-diluted in milk / salt / cream.

Aroma stone: drop from 3 to 20 drops on the aroma stone.

Ingredient list: Pure plant powder or dried herbal tea, no other ingredients are added.
