Vintage fabric is from Onondaga Silk Co., which was in business from 1918-1981 and specialized in artistic fabrics. According to what I researched, the fabric is rayon with a silky sheen. This fabric is sheer but it still has body to it. It looks like it was silk screened, as there are little areas where they dye did not set as much. There is one small cut/tear in the fabric about 1 yard in from an end ( on the white side) and about 3" in length....see photo.
