SIMRAD KN203 FAB night vision scope *working*. Item has normal wear & tear on body. Had some residue on it from the distant past that was cleaned off but left scratches & scuffs here & there. rubber around the adjustment focus ring is broken but has been glued back. Knob moves smoothly to adjust focus. The cap on the center of the adjustment ring has fallen off & wont stay on. It just denotes the direction to infinity & 25m focus. Battery compartment is super clean no corrosion visible, some light dust specs in the glass but nothing that impedes visibility when viewing with unit turned on. TURNS RIGHT ON WITH AA BATTERIES & BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTS AS INTENDED. See ALL photos & video of it functioning. Comes with all original old documentation shown & dusty case. Has the calibration card included but not filled out. DUE TO NATURE & VALUE THE ITEM WILL HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR AT DELIVERY NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU CANNOT FACILITATE THIS THEN PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE.

You are entering into a binding agreement to receive the item represented by me in the listing as it is shown and described. When viewing photos of the item everything included will be shown, making an assumption that something not shown is included is strongly discouraged. Any attempt to defraud me of an item or the funds used to pay for the item without consulting the proper resolution channels via eBay will be subject to legal recourse.
-I do not accept returns due to change of mind or any other uncontrollable reason “buyer’s remorse”, bought by mistake, account was hacked, child clicked a button, you don’t know how to use it, etc. in situations where the return is warranted by the eBay selling policy (not as described, wrong item sent, missing parts or damaged) i will work with you to remedy the situation as easily as possible. i do not accept returns for new sealed items once opened unless they have arrived broken or not as described according to my listing photos and description. new items that are used for any period of time by the buyer and then encounter issues are not subject to return. Buyers on eBay have the ability to purchased extended warranties from third party companies or pay premium prices from the manufacturer for a limited warranty i encourage buyers who are apt to abuse items and return them to buy from those sources instead. No warranties are supplied by myself on any items.

*No free shipping is offered to alaska, puerto rico, hawaii, or afo fpo addresses. recently ebay changed the way these addresses are excluded and i cannot remedy it so please do not purchase if you are in these areas as the advertised free shipping does not extend to your area*
-International shipping is handled by eBay global shipping and billed by them. Items that are sold for more than $250 are shipped with signature confirmation at my expense. Buyer is responsible for ensure that somebody is available to sign for the If the value is $250+ as signature will be required. If buyer cannot be available, they need to sign up for UPS mychoice (it is free) or contact USPS & waive the signature option BEFORE it is attempted to be delivered. If the item is returned to us by the carrier due to inability to obtain signature it will be subject to a restocking fee to cover time, effort, and associated shipping costs.
-Expect shipping within 3 business days (business days are Mon-Friday) of sale according to my stated handling time. Do not request shipment sooner than the range specified at the time of the sale. I do my best to ship earlier than advertised but I do not accommodate special shipment requests and reserve the right to cancel the sale when unrealistic shipment terms are requested or expected. I ship on time within my stated handling terms and often times before then. Please do not message me asking for shipment to occur sooner than stated especially after you have purchased the item and agreed to the advertised handling time. The expected delivery window shown to you before you buy the item is based on my handling time, the day you purchased it, how quickly I ship an order on average, and the class of mail offered. DO NOT ignore this and then message me afterward asking for shipment to occur sooner than advertised as I have set mail drop off days for my business and cannot accommodate these requests.

-As with every holiday season there will be nationwide slowdowns and delays with delivery services of all classes of mail. I will ship orders within the 3-business day handling time as stated in my terms. However, I am not liable and will not answer for noted shipping delays from major shipping carriers due to holiday volume increases. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they make their purchase well in advance if needing it by a certain date and to check the readily available resources before expecting shipping miracles to occur.
FOR HOLIDAY SEASON 2024 CARRIERS HAVE STATED THE LAST DAY TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FOR ALL MAJOR GROUND SERVICES (usps priority mail, ups ground, usps ground advantage) AND RECEIVE IT BY THE 25TH IS DECEMBER 18TH.
