- MCB BILLET FACEPLATE DESIGN PROVIDES ADDITIONAL COOLING.
- FACEPLATE BUSHING IS 38MM VS 28MM STOCK DESIGN, RESULTING IN 64% MORE BUSHING SURFACE AREA. THIS KEEPS THE MOVEABLE SHEAVE STAYING PARALLEL TO THE FIXED SHEAVE, THIS ELIMINATES "CLUTCH BIND" REDUCING HEAT AND RESULTING IN OVERALL IMPROVED DURABILITY AND SMOOTHNESS. THE ADDED STABILITY ALSO RESULTS IN THE MOVEABLE SHEAVE BUSHING AND SPIDER PUCKS LASTING CONSIDERABLY LONGER. THE BILLET FACEPLATE ALSO BEING STRONGER MINIMIZES THE MOVEABLE SHEAVE DISTORTION UNDER ACCELERATION, FURTHER IMPROVING SHIFT SMOOTHNESS AND EXTENDING THE SPIDER PUCK DURABILITY.

our mcb clutches are built to our specifications and are based on 35 plus years of cvt style transmissions from the snowmobile / atv and utv industry. anyone that tells you 2 vs 4 seater doesn't matter, or tire size doesn't matter has no business selling clutches.
this clutch is set up assuming stock tire size OF 27" tires.
if you have oversize tires call the tech line
if you have specific riding conditions, we can custom calibrate (call the tech line)
