• Nature of business: All of my items are unused-used old stock, surplus, coming from closed factories, shops and other similar cases. Please understand that i don't have the expertise to test these items.    For this reason i try to display them as best as i can, whether through     pictures or description when this is possible. All of my items are to be installed and maintained by qualified individuals. I have no desire to     misrepresent and my goal is everyone to be satisfied. Buyer is responsible to determine the applicability and the safety of each of my items. Please give me the opportunity and contact me to solve any issue.

• Payment: I accept only Paypal and payment within 3 days after the deal. For EU business buyers, a VAT number is needed for a free VAT invoice.

 

• Shipping: Within 1-2 working days after payment. Delivery time is about 14 days but this may vary due to postal process and unpredictable factors like the weather, strikes etc. I cannot hold responsible  for any damage during shipping. Buyer is responsible for additional duties, taxes.

• Refunds/Replacements: Due to the nature of business , refund or replacement ONLY to fault items is accepted. Buyer must contact me to send the return items back. Returns must be made within 14  days of receipt of the order, in original condition including the receipt or the invoice. Returning postage costs are responsibility of the buyer. Returns due to post damage or loss are not accepted.
